We as parents know that children age from 4-14 is a shaping age. A potter he shape the clay while the clay is tender so is with our children. We shape them when they are tender. When their heart becomes harder and it is difficult to mold them. And other thing, that age is the most receptive age to decide to make Jesus king of their heart. That age is decision making age to follow Jesus for life. We should not scold or rebuke Children, instead we should grow our Children in the teaching of the word of God. Come, let us build our Children in God's way. It is in our hand what we make our children, God's obedient servant or thief.
It's Bible command and precedents
There are some Biblical instructions we should remember and not forget them. Jesus himself told his disciples in Mathew 19:14, 'Let the little Children come to, and don't stop them.' He also said, unless you have childlike faith, you won't enter into God's Kingdom. Jesus said, do not despise the little ones because their face resembles God's face. In Proverbs 22:6 tells us that 'train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it.' It is Bible command that we should lead our children in God's way.
Strategy Impact on Church and Society
Children are our future leadership. They are our next generation. If we teach them now, we disciple next generation of leaders of the church. Factory can't run without workers, so Church services would not run without capable leaders.
Children do peer-to-peer evangelism. Children have immediate, unhindered access to other children in schools and neighborhoods, making them highly effective messengers to their own peers. Children can impact their future world today.

Ministries to Children
We provide following ministries to the Children in Churches Network Nepal
Children Church. All our Churches in the Network have same teaching, curriculum-driven programs.
VBC. Vacation Bible Camp is for 3 days with accommodation and food. They learn basic things of the Bible with assignment.
Children Camp. Camp includes park visit, barbecue, word and worship, dance and songs, prizes, quiz, cleaning.
Art and Craft. We provide Children basic handicraft training to make Earring, Candle, and they can sale it for their need.
Teacher Training. We equip our Children teacher through teachers training. It's a 3 days program for for male and female teacher.
Child Sponsorship. Some desperate Child and needy child has chance to get sponsor for school education.
