Spiritual Renewal and Encouragement. Ministry can be incredibly demanding and emotionally draining. Conferences offer a designated time for leaders to step back, rest, and sit under teaching without the pressure of preparing it themselves.
Timely Update. Churches are constantly evolving. Conferences help leaders stay current with new cultural shifts, administrative skills, and fresh approaches to biblical preaching and discipleship. It is time to move because cloud is moving.
Vision Sharing and Podcast. Hearing from other leaders and updates on the broader church reminds pastors that they are part of a larger, global mission, which inspires them to stay the course. It's time not only to hear, but to be heard. There will be a Pastors Podcast for the deserving.

Arrangements and programs
Travel Arrangement. Pastor Conference provides travel arrangements to registered and deserving Pastors. This conference is for Pastors of Nepal only.
Appreciation to Diseased Pastors Family. When Pastor suddenly dies, he has nothing left to give to his family. This conference remembers the family and honors them.
Hotel Accommodations. We have accommodation for registered Pastors in Pali Hotel, Domukha, Garima Hotel and Kamakhchya Hotel in Damak.
Worship. Hephzibah Music Band will be leading the Worship and Songs during the three-day Pastors' Conference.
Pastors Podcast. We will have a Podcast program for deserving Pastors. Pastors not only hear but also speak about their ministry.
Program Venue. Day 1 Program will be in Hosanna Apostolic Church in Domukha and Day 2 & 3 will be in Hope Church Damak.
