In Nepal, most of the Pastors of the indigenous Nepali Churches are self-supported. Local Pastors are always at the front line of the ministry. Most Pastors over the age of 65 are now respectfully called Apostles. Some have left the calling as a Shepherd and gone overseas for a better future, and some have returned to their home to serve the flock. Whatever, the gathering of the Shepherds is important.
